Revenue Share.
Recruit with it. Retain with it. Never build the spreadsheet again.
Rev share is a great pitch until you have to run it.
Every brokerage that offers revenue share hits the same wall: a spreadsheet only one person understands, agents asking what they’re owed, and math nobody fully trusts. The model recruits agents. The spreadsheet loses them.
Where’s my downline?
The first thing every agent asks. They open their dashboard and see it — every level, every agent, every dollar each one has generated for them. And you build the tree yourself: assign sponsors, restructure, fix mistakes, no support ticket required.

What did I earn, and when?
They don’t have to ask, and they never have to wonder. Every closing, every level, every dollar is dated and graphed right in their dashboard. And when revenue share lands, they get the email too. Rev share stops being a promise and becomes a number they can check.

Who do I owe?
Your side of it: every accrued dollar, every payout owed, every agent’s cap progress in one view. Record a closing and the engine calculates all five levels before you hit save. What you see is what gets paid.

Your plan, not ours.
You set the levels. Two, five, whatever your model runs.
You set the caps. Amounts, anniversary resets, all of it.
You grandfather who you want. Existing agents keep the deal they signed up for.
Your fees, your rules. Post-cap transaction fees, E&O, whatever your plan charges.
We build the engine around your plan. Not the other way around.
And in January, you’ll be glad.
Every payout logged all year means 1099 totals, per-agent statements, and CSV exports are one click in January — not a two-week archaeology project.

Run the math yourself.

How it works
- 1Brokerage operates on an 85/15 split capped at $15,000
- 2Level 1 agents earn 20% of the brokerage portion (max $3,000/year)
- 3Levels 2 to 5 earn 10% each (max $1,500/year per agent)
- 4Adjust agent counts and settings to see your potential earnings
This calculator runs one example plan. Yours runs YOUR plan, your levels, your percentages, your caps, and your agents get the same math built into their dashboards.
Common questions.
Good. Most of them don't. Two levels or five, flat percentages or declining, monthly payouts or per closing, we build the engine around whatever your plan actually is. If you can explain it on a napkin, we can run it.
However your plan defines them. Cap amounts, anniversary resets, and different caps for different agents all work. If your existing agents are grandfathered at one number and new agents sign at another, the engine tracks both without you thinking about it.
No. Agents see their own downline and their own numbers. You see everything. Who sees what is a permission, not an accident.
The engine calculates and accrues it on every closing automatically. Actually sending the money stays in your hands: you review, you mark it paid, and every payout is logged. The math is automatic. The checkbook is still yours.
Yes, we can import your historical closings so the numbers are right from day one. Some brokerages prefer to start fresh and track forward from launch. Either works, and we'll walk through which fits you on the call.
